How do I start a Refund/Exchange?

- Head to your Account Page and click on Return your order.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
NOTE: The package must be shipped within 10 days of the return request approval; all return requests sent after 10 days will be automatically DECLINED.

 Are there any charges for Refunds/Exchanges?

 -We do not provide prepaid return labels for all countries. You can choose the carrier most convenient for you and send the package to the address provided in our return form. 
NOTE: We cannot accept a return for an item that has already been exchanged. All product exchanges are final, even in cases of sizing issues.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days from the receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, all tags and labels must be attached.
- In the original packaging, all items returned in damaged or different packaging will be considered unfit and will not be refunded
- The return must be shipped within 14 days from the reception of your order
Once your return request has been approved, you have 10 days to ship out your return
- Promotional items (such as the ones marked as US Only and EU Only or items from Mystery Boxes) are not returnable!

How soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
