How do I start a Refund/Exchange?

- Head to your Account Page and click on Return your order.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
NOTE: The return process must be started within 14 days from the delivery of the order, all return requests sent after 14 days from the delivery will be automatically DECLINED.

 Are there any charges for Refunds/Exchanges?

- All exchanges are free. If what you received doesn't fit you, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- If you wish to return your item, you would be responsible for the charges of the return shipping.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days from the reception of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, all tags and labels must be attached.
- In the original packaging, all items returned in a damaged or different packaging will be considered unfit and will not be refunded
- The return must be shipped within 14 days from the reception of your order
Once your return request has been approved, you have 10 days to ship out your return
- Promotional items (such as the ones marked as US Only and EU Only or items from Mystery Boxes) are not returnable!

How soon will I get my refund?

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
